- Ripe banana (3 pcs)
- Melted butter(75 g - ⅓ cup)
- Sugar(100 g - ½ cup)
- Beaten eggs(1 pcs)
- Vanilla extract(1 teaspoon)
- Baking Soda(1 teaspoon)
- Salt(a pinch)
- Mini chocolate-chips(85 g - ½ cup)
- Step 1 Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl until they are soft.
- Step 2 Add the melted butter and mix.
- Step 3 Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl -except the chocolate chips- and mix them together until the mixture is smooth.
- Step 4 Add the chocolate chips and mix them then pour the batter in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle some more chocolate chips for a beautiful presentation.
- Step 5 Bake for 50 minutes to an hour in preheated oven to 350F (180C).
