Chocolate-Chip Banana Bread

  • Ripe banana (3 pcs)
  • Melted butter(75 g - ⅓ cup)
  • Sugar(100 g - ½ cup)
  • Beaten eggs(1 pcs)
  • Vanilla extract(1 teaspoon)
  • Baking Soda(1 teaspoon)
  • Salt(a pinch)
  • Mini chocolate-chips(85 g - ½ cup)
  • Step 1 Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl until they are soft.
  • Step 2 Add the melted butter and mix.
  • Step 3 Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl -except the chocolate chips- and mix them together until the mixture is smooth.
  • Step 4 Add the chocolate chips and mix them then pour the batter in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle some more chocolate chips for a beautiful presentation.
  • Step 5 Bake for 50 minutes to an hour in preheated oven to 350F (180C).
